Head Coach – Tim Schade

Hello Silverton Sharks!

I would like to introduce and provide some interesting facts on myself. My name is Tim Schade and I have been hired as the new head coach of the Silverton Sharks swim team. This upcoming May I will be graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. Furthermore, I will be pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology this upcoming fall.

I have been involved with the sport of swimming since the age of seven. I swam with the club team Marlins of Raleigh, and also as a member of the Panther Creek high school swim team. Collegiately, I have had the privilege of swimming with two division one programs, Towson University and Arizona State University. I transferred to Arizona State University at the beginning of 2016. I have been fortunate to work with elite level coaches and swimmers over my fourteen years of experience.

Previously, I have worked as an assistant coach with the Olive Chapel Otters and as the head coach of the Baltimore Country Club swim team. The summer league season is my favorite part of coaching. It’s all about having fun, swimming fast, and showing off the most team spirit! I know our team will have a great time this summer, and I can’t wait to meet all of you.

I’m sorry, but I will be unable to meet you all at the April 29th Open House. I will still be finishing my semester in the scorching Tempe, Az. Our first day of practice is May 22nd. As we get closer, a schedule will be sent out with all the details for the practices.

If anyone would like to get in contact with me, I am available at SilvertonCoachTim@gmail.com.

I greatly look forward to the upcoming summer season! Go Sharks!

Hi Sharks!

I am Natalie Patetta, and I am super excited to be a junior coach again this season! This is my second year as a junior coach, but I have been part of the Silverton Swim Team since I was 4 years old. I have also been a Big Shark for about 5 years. I am currently a Junior at Green Hope High School, and I have been a part of the Falcon’s swim team for 2 years now. I plan on continuing to swim for them until the end of my senior year. As many of you know, swimming runs throughout my family. My older sister, former Coach Jenn, and my other sister, Katherine, have both graduated from the Silverton Swim Team, and like them, I can’t stay out of the water.

I’m so excited to be one of the coaches for this amazing team again, and I’m thrilled to see all of the new and returning swimmers!
